- After I assess your details, I will offer a virtual consultation. Your consultation will determine the next steps. The next typical step is helping you fix the problem, however, you may also learn that your problem might require an on-site plumber. It depends on the situation. Either way, you will be informed of your problem so should a plumber comes to your home, you will know exactly where to start and what’s involved.
